be automatically removed from that restaurant's list. In the event your

In general, restaurants will honor prices displayed on their
website which is hosted by Meal Amigo. However, the restaurant does
reserves the right to refuse an order per Terms
& Conditions.
We have found in most cases where there are discrepancies in prices it is
due a recent price change in dishes affected by seasonality or just basic price
increases. In most cases these discrepancies works to the
advantage of you the patron. However, Meal Amigo would appreciate your
help in identifying any price discrepancies by Contacting Us.
Include the restaurant name and phone number, city, state, and specific error so
we can contact the restaurant and update their website accordingly.
Please inform Meal Amigo about a negative aspect or our

You need at least one active email account with which you
can use to Create
a Meal Amigo account.
- Logon to your Meal Amigo
account. If you are not yet a Meal Amigo yet then please Create a Meal Amigo
account. Note: You will only have to do this once.
- Click View Menu located in
the center of the Welcome page or you may select from the "Menu
Categories" section located atop the right side of the restaurants
website.
- Select menu items by clicking
on the price of the dish or item you wish to order.
- If applicable, you will be
presented with a list of toppings which you may select according to your
taste; click the corresponding circle or square adjacent to each
topping. Some optional toppings may cost extra and are marked
accordingly.
- Once you have made your
optional topping selections (if applicable) you must then click the
"Add to My Order" located at the bottom right side of the center
section.
- Each time you select
"Add to My Order" the next page, "My Order", affords
you the opportunity to adjust the quantity of each item in your
order. To adjust, look for the "Qty" column and associated
boxes containing the count. The default quantity is "1".
If you would like more of same item, including the same topping
selections, change the number in the box to reflect your desired
amount. Next, select the "Update My Order" icon located at
the bottom left side of the center section of the "My Order"
page.
- The "My Order" page
also has "Remove" check boxes to the left of each item. If
you choose to remove an item click the corresponding box such that a check
mark appears. Next, select the "Update My Order" icon located
at the bottom left side of the center section of the "My Order"
page.
- VERY IMPORTANT: On
"My Order" page, once you have made adjustments to quantity
"Qty" and / or the "Remove" check boxes you must
always select "Update My Order" icon located at the bottom
left side of the center section of the "My Order" page.
- The "My Order" page
also has the options, "Continue Ordering" & "Complete
My Order" located the left of the "Update My Order"
icons. Select "Continue Ordering" if you wish to add more
dishes or items to your order. I you are satisfied with your order
then select "Completed My Order".
- Selecting "Complete My
Order" directs you to the "Order Fulfillment" page.
This page will display the default delivery address you previously
established. If you wish to select another address for this order to
be delivered then select the "Change Address" icon. Next,
indicate your preference for a "Delivery" (charges may apply) or
"Restaurant Pick-Up". Please enter any special instruction
in the "Add Comments About Your Order" section; this is the
section where you should your instructs the Restaurant; for example"
Cook the Burger Well Done" or "Please have driver knock on the
Side Door". Select "Continue" once you are satisfied
with your selections.
- After selecting the
"Continue" icon at the bottom of the "Order
Fulfillment" page you are directed to the Meal Amigo Payment
Engine. Once in the "Meal Amigo Payment Engine" you will
be required to enter / change your Payment Information and then ultimately
stepped through a confirm process. If you have questions regarding
Payment Process please select the "Help" links within the
"Meal Amigo Payment Engine"
- Once you have confirmed your
order Meal Amigo will immediately send you a confirmation order to your
registered email address. Please check to ensure that you receive
such an email within five minutes of confirming your order.
Additionally, we suggest you review the email for correctness.
If you are satisfied with your order then the only thing left to do is
await delivery or Pick-Up your order respectively.
- If you detect an error in
your order after you have confirmed your order we suggest you contact the
restaurant directly via the number provided atop your confirmation email.
- Last, please enjoy your meal!
